Join the nonprofit Brewers of Indiana Guild for a new VIP Experience, Winter Woodlands, benefiting The Arts Federation on Friday, Feb 11th, 2023 from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. at the Indiana State Fairgrounds West Pavilion in downtown Indianapolis. The theme of this event is "Craft Libations in Harmony with Nature". Each libation is hand selected and will include 20 craft beers, 1 cidery, 1 meadery, 1 winery and 2 spirit craft cocktail options. This event is limited to 500 attendees. Cocktail attire is encouraged for this event.
SALES Select participating vendors will have carryout products for purchase. Feel free to bring a reusable bag or purchase one from a vendor. The time window for sales will stop directly at 945 at last call.
VIP Admission ticket holders may enter at 7 p.m. and receive a prior year taster glass good for as many 3 oz. pours of all 25+ participating Hoosier breweries and guests as they can responsibly drink. Enjoy 3 oz unlimited sampling of beer, cider, mead, and wine with redeemable tickets included for two - 3 oz craft sprit cocktails.
Designated drivers can enter at the same time as the rest of their party and will enjoy unlimited non-alcoholic beverages from DD vendors. Designated Driver: $10 in advance online, $20 day of at the gate if available.
No refunds or exchanges. This is an all-weather (rain, snow, sleet, or shine) event.
This event is a new fundraiser that directly supports your favorite local brewery and the Guild’s mission to represent Indiana breweries in legislative, promotional, and educational initiatives including the Brewery Education Fund
Our charity partner The Arts Federation will receive a portion of ticket proceeds to support their mission.
