Join the nonprofit Brewers of Indiana Guild for the 2nd year of our VIP Experience, Winter Woodlands, on Friday, Feb 9th, 2024 from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. at the Indiana State Fairgrounds West Pavilion in downtown Indianapolis. The theme of this event is “Craft Libations in Harmony with Nature”. We’re so excited to see our craft community’s concoctions. Each libation is hand selected and will include craft beers, cider, mead, wine, craft cocktail & spirit options. This event is limited to 500 attendees. Cocktail attire is highly encouraged and recommended for this event.
This year we’re so excited to have the very talented Indy Jazz group Premium Blend bringing you smooth, soulful jazz persuasions to get you in the mood for mother nature’s most creative libations!
Samples & Togo Packages available from – Vendors TBA
Select participating vendors will have carryout products for purchase. Feel free to bring a reusable bag or purchase one from a vendor. The time window for sales will stop directly at 10:00 p.m.
VIP Admission – Ticket holders may enter at 6:45 p.m., drinks will start flowing at 7 p.m. and last call will be at 9:45 p.m. Guests will receive a taster glass good for as many 3 oz. pours of all participating Hoosier breweries and guests as they can responsibly drink. Enjoy 3 oz pours of beer, cider, and craft cocktails. Mead, Wine & Spirit samples will also be available in smaller quantities.
Please note that some of these selections will be small batch, and limited in quantity so be sure to arrive early!
Designated Drivers – Enter anytime & enjoy unlimited soda & water and NA beverage samples from DD vendors. Designated Driver: $15 in advance online, $20 day of at the gate if available.
